Going live

Live mode requires organisation unlock, production owner approval, and a completed security review. Use the Going Live operator checklist with your ZeroGrant contact before unlock.

  • Complete the pilot security questionnaire before unlock.
  • Disable sandbox simulated-owner on any live-oriented API deployment.
  • Ops unlocks the organisation in the staff console after checklist sign-off.
  • Create live keys with mode: "live" (Node SDK or dashboard). Use the Element for production owner approval.
  • Run one live Element clearance and verify billable usage.
